   The most important and challenging event of 2008 was a Meeting of NATO Defense Ministers held on 7-9 February. Ted Whiteside, Head of NATO Defense Ministers Meeting International Staff Working Group, evaluated LITEXPO contribution to this project as follows: “What we found surpassed our expectations. Organizers upholstered premises for the meeting in a comfortable, practical and especially elegant way”. T. Whiteside expressed his surprise at how well organizers of the event managed to rearrange entertainment-oriented facilities with numerous engineer constructions and communications into comfortable and tasteful premises.

  LITEXPO premises and services were also excellently evaluated by Association of Local Authorities in Lithuania: „State-of-the-art equipment of the hall created a solemn environment of the event, a great number of our guests felt comfortably in spacious premises of LITEXPO. We express sincere gratitude to personnel for flawless and professional service“.

  LITEXPO currently carries out modernization programme of its conference halls. By the end of 2009 all the conference halls will be updated: a separate conference unit will be formed, a new conference hall of 250 seats will be opened, all the conference rooms will be equipped with state-of-the-art technology, as well as many other improvements will be made for the convenience of our clients.
  The Project implementation is co-financed by EU Structural Funds under the Cohesion Promotion Action Programme, Priority I "Local and Urban Development, Preservation of Cultural Heritage and Nature and Adaptation for Tourism Development", Measure "Development of the Diverisy of Tourism Services / Products and Quality Improvement of Tourism Services", code VP3-1.3-ŪM-06-K.
