Art Therapy Experience: “The Symbol of Health”

Join us for an art therapy experience where you will be invited to create your own personal symbol of health—a visual expression reflecting your relationship with health, well-being, and your inner resources. In a safe, supportive, and creativity-inspired environment, you will have the opportunity to pause, reconnect with yourself, and use creative expression as a tool for self-discovery and reflection.

No artistic skills or previous drawing experience are required. The focus is not on the final artwork, but on the creative process itself, which can help you better understand yourself, recognise your personal needs, and discover your inner strengths. This is an opportunity to dedicate time to yourself, explore new forms of self-expression, and experience how creativity can become a meaningful dialogue with your inner world.

The session will be led by Anželika Bielskienė, a member of the Lithuanian Art Therapy Association (LDTA), a Master’s student in Art Therapy at Vilnius University, and founder of Creative Dialogues, where she facilitates creative workshops and art-based experiences.

Co-facilitating the session is Tatjana Grigaitienė, an art therapist, member of the Lithuanian Art Therapy Association (LDTA), and licensed neuroeducation practitioner. She is passionate about creating safe spaces where people can express themselves authentically, explore their emotions, and feel accepted without judgment. She believes that the creative process not only deepens self-understanding but also strengthens meaningful connections with others.

The session will take place on October 17 (Saturday) at the LITEXPO Conference Centre. We warmly invite you to join us!
