CEO – Vilius Vaičekauskas

From October 10, 2024, Vilius Vaičekauskas has been appointed as the director of LITEXPO. Holding a degree in economics and business management, Vilius Vaičekauskas previously led the hospitality business at „DG Horeca“ a company within the „Darnu” group, for eight years. Earlier in his career, he served as the sales manager at „Litexpo“, „Air Lituanica“, and „Radisson“ as well as the hotel manager of the „Centrum Hotels“ chain.

LITEXPO Board

On April 16, 2026, the Ministry of Economy and Innovation (EIMIN) appointed independent members to the new term of the Board of UAB Lithuanian Exhibition and Congress Centre “Litexpo” – Mantas Dubauskas, Gediminas Judzentas, Ieva Naudžiūnaitė, and Ramutė Ribinskienė. Rūta Steckienė, a civil servant of EIMIN, was also appointed to the Board.

Mantas Dubauskas – independent member of the Board. From 2016 to 2022, he worked at AB “Lietuvos geležinkeliai” as Director of the Communications Department and Director of Corporate Affairs; from 2019 to 2022 he was also a member of the Board of UAB “LTG Link”. Prior to that, he served as an advisor to the Minister of Energy, and earlier worked as a journalist and editor in various publications, collaborating with international media outlets. M. Dubauskas holds a Master’s degree in Business Management from Vytautas Magnus University and has completed the international Executive MBA (EMBA) program at BMI Executive Institute. Since October 2023, he has been Director of Repoint PR, UAB.

Ramutė Ribinskienė – independent member of the Board, Chair of the Board. She has accumulated more than 30 years of professional experience in both the private and public sectors. In 2020, she served as Head of the Finance Department at AB “Lietuvos oro uostai”. From 2016 to 2019, she was Director of the Finance Department at AB “Vilniaus šilumos tinklai” and temporarily held the position of Chief Executive Officer. From 2010 to 2013, she worked within the group of companies of AB “Ignitis” (formerly “Lietuvos energija”), serving as Director of Finance and Administration and a member of the Board at AB “Lesto”. Prior to that, she worked for 11 years as Chief Financial Officer in the “Merko” group. Currently, R. Ribinskienė is Chair of the Audit Committee at AB “Lietuvos radijo ir televizijos centras”, a member of the Board at UAB “Kretingos vandenys”, and an independent member of the Audit and Risk Management Committee at AB “Lietuvos paštas”. R. Ribinskienė holds a Master’s degree in Economic Cybernetics from Vilnius University.

Ieva Naudžiūnaitė – independent member of the Board. She has extensive executive experience in the banking and financial services sector. From 2022 to 2025, I. Naudžiūnaitė worked at SME Bank, UAB, where she held the positions of Chief Executive Officer, member of the Board, and later Head of Administration. From 2018 to 2022, she led the Finance and Accounting as well as Risk Management and Control departments at the Lithuanian Central Credit Union. Earlier in her career, I. Naudžiūnaitė accumulated nearly 12 years of professional experience at the international audit and business advisory firm Ernst & Young Baltic, UAB, where she served as Audit Manager. Since November 2025, she has been working at the Lithuanian Central Credit Union as Deputy Head of Administration. I. Naudžiūnaitė holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Vilnius University and an Executive MBA from ISM University of Management and Economics. She also holds a Certificate in Corporate Governance obtained at ISM University of Management and Economics in cooperation with EADA Business School in Barcelona.

Gediminas Judzentas – independent member of the Board. He has more than 20 years of professional experience in marketing, sales, business development, and sustainability management. For most of his career, he has held senior positions in international and Lithuania-based companies in the food and beverage industry. From 2000 to 2007, he worked in various roles within the “Philip Morris” group of companies. From 2010 to 2012, he served as Trade Marketing Manager for the Baltics at “Mondelez International”. From 2012 to 2016, he worked as Marketing Manager at AB “Alita”. From 2017 to 2024, he served as Marketing and Sustainability Director at AB “AUGA group”. Since 2024, he has been Chief Executive Officer of the Latvian pharmaceutical company “Jonnex-Farma”. G. Judzentas holds an Executive MBA (EMBA) in International Business Management from BMI Executive Institute and has also completed the Professional Board Member program at the Baltic Institute of Corporate Governance.

Rūta Steckienė – member of the Board delegated by the Ministry of Economy and Innovation. She has more than 20 years of professional experience in corporate law application and policy development. From 2006 to 2009, she worked within the group of companies of AB “ŽIA valda” (now AB “Vertas Management”), and since 2009 she has been working at the Ministry of Economy and Innovation. From 2012 to 2014, she served as Attaché for Company Law at the Permanent Representation of Lithuania to the European Union. During Lithuania’s Presidency of the Council of the European Union, she chaired the Council’s Company Law Working Party. Currently, she serves as Advisor in the Ministry’s Corporate Policy Group. R. Steckienė holds a Master of Laws degree from Mykolas Romeris University and a Master of Laws degree from Université Savoie Mont Blanc (France).

The Board operates in accordance with the Law on Companies of the Republic of Lithuania and the Board’s Rules of Procedure.

The Board of LITEXPO is elected for a four-year term of office (2022–2026).
