LITEXPO CEO AND BOARD

CEO – Vilius Vaičekauskas

On October 9, 2024, during the meeting of the Board of the Lithuanian Exhibition and Congress Centre „Litexpo“, Vilius Vaičekauskas was appointed to lead the company.

V. Vaičekauskas has previously led the hospitality business at „DG Horeca“ part of the „Darnu“ group, for eight years. During this time, „DG Horeca“ expanded to include two hotels and three restaurants. He was also responsible for creating and implementing the concept of the „Paupio Market“.

LITEXPO Board

On January 19, 2022, the general meeting of shareholders elected four independent members to the Board of the Lithuanian Exhibition and Congress Centre „Litexpo“– Mantas Dubauskas, Aleksandras Golod, Žilvinas Pakeltis, and Ramutė Ribinskienė. On July 11, 2022, Rūta Steckienė was elected at the general meeting of shareholders. R. Ribinskienė was elected as the chairperson of the Board.

  • Mantas Dubauskas – Independent Board Member. From 2016 to 2022, he served as the Director of the Communications Department and the Director of Corporate Affairs at AB „Lietuvos geležinkeliai“. From 2019 to 2022, he was a member of the Board of UAB „LTG Link“. Prior to that, he worked as an advisor to the Minister of Energy and as a journalist and editor for various publications, collaborating with foreign media. M. Dubauskas holds a Master’s degree in Business Management from Vytautas Magnus University and has completed the Executive MBA program at the BMI Executive Institute. Since October 2023, he has been the director of the reputation agency „Winning Pro“.
  • Aleksandras Golod – Independent Board Member. He has over 20 years of experience in marketing and commercial roles in various companies in Lithuania and abroad. From 2005 to 2015, he worked at Microsoft Corporation, where from 2012 to 2015, he held the positions of Marketing Manager for the Baltic States and Marketing Manager for Large Enterprises in Eastern Europe. Since 2017, he has been working at AB „Telia Lietuva“, where for the past five years he has led the medium and large business sales department. He is also currently an independent board member of the Lithuanian Red Cross Society and a board member of the Lithuanian Sales Association. A. Golod holds a Master’s degree in Communication from Vilnius University and has completed the Professional Board Member Program at the Baltic Institute of Corporate Governance (BICG).
  • Žilvinas Pakeltis – Independent Board Member. From 2014 to 2020, he served as a board member of AS Rigas Dzirnavnieks and was the Sales and Marketing Manager at Baltic Mill. Previously, he managed sales for Tetra Pak in the Central Asia region and worked in sales and marketing across the Baltic States. Currently, Ž. Pakeltis is an independent board member of the Public Institution „Innovation Agency” and also serves on the board of UAB „IOCO Packaging“, is the board chair of UAB „PMC Training“, and is the CEO and board member of UAB „Heidelberg Mobile“.
  • Ramutė Ribinskienė – Independent Board Member and Chairperson of the Board. She has over 25 years of experience in both the private and public sectors. From 2016 to 2019, she was the Director of the Finance Department at AB „Vilniaus šilumos tinklai“ and temporarily held the position of General Director. From 2010 to 2013, she worked in the AB „Lietuvos energija“ (now „Ignitis“) group, where she was the Director of Finance and Administration at AB „Lesto“ (now AB „ESO“) and a board member. Prior to that, she served as a Financial Director at Merko Group for 11 years. Currently, R. Ribinskienė is the Chairperson of the Audit Committee at AB „Lietuvos radijo ir televizijos centras“ and a board member of UAB „Kretingos vandenys“. R. Ribinskienė holds a Master’s degree in Economic Cybernetics from Vilnius University.
  • Rūta Steckienė – Board Member delegated by the Ministry of Economy and Innovation. She has over 15 years of experience in corporate law application and policy development. From 2006 to 2009, she worked at AB „ŽIA valda“ (now AB „Vertas Management“) and has been with the Ministry of Economy and Innovation since 2009. R. Steckienė served as the Corporate Law Attaché at Lithuania’s Permanent Representation to the EU from 2012 to 2014. During Lithuania’s Presidency of the EU Council, she chaired the EU Council’s Corporate Law Working Group. Currently, she is an advisor in the Corporate Law Division of the Ministry’s Department of Corporate Policy. R. Steckienė holds a Master’s degree in Law from Mykolas Romeris University and also has a Master’s degree in Law from the University of Savoy Mont Blanc (France).
