UAB Lithuanian Exhibition and Congress Center “Litexpo” group of companies consists of:

• Subsidiary company UAB Lithuanian Exhibition and Congress Center “Litexpo” (hereinafter – LITEXPO) – operating since the 1960s, the company is currently not only the largest, but also the most modern exhibition and conference center in the Baltic States, since 2006. a member of the global exhibition business association UFI, and since 2019 Member of the International Conference and Congress Association (ICCA).
  LITEXPO’s shareholding consists of 4,018,469 shares. The nominal value of one share is EUR 2.90. LITEXPO shares are managed by: 3,977,296 units. (98.97 percent, worth EUR 11,534,158.4) Ministry of Economy and Innovation of the Republic of Lithuania (access on the Internet http://eimin.lrv.lt), the remaining 41,173 units. (1.03 percent, worth EUR 119,401.7) shares are owned by 37 natural persons.

• Subsidiary company UBA “Litexpo infrastruktura” – 2016 established company whose activity has been suspended since 2017 June 1 The company has not been active since its establishment, in 2022. it is planned to be liquidated. LITEXPO is 100 percent owned by stock package.
