During Stay Healthy Vilnius, the Lithuanian Nature Therapy Association, together with LSMU, will present the postgraduate study programme “Forest Therapy”

This is a unique opportunity to learn about a programme designed for professionals who wish to apply evidence-based nature and forest therapy methods in their practice. The programme combines knowledge of the impact of nature on health with practical skills for working with people, as well as foundations of psychology, mindfulness, and creating therapeutic experiences in natural environments.

During the exhibition, we will also introduce the programme in person by sharing our own experiences as current students. Visitors will have the opportunity not only to learn the key details about the programme but also to hear what studying it is really like, what competencies it develops, and who can benefit from it.

  • Programme duration: 1 academic year
  • Programme starts: September 2026
  • Study format: Classes are held in Kaunas; theoretical lectures can also be attended online.

Application: MEDAS system
