Ecstatic Dance with Meda Bagdonaitė
Join an Ecstatic Dance session led by Meda Bagdonaitė, a passionate advocate for mindful living and a deeper connection with oneself and the surrounding world. With a background in environmental sciences and a lifelong passion for dance, Meda discovered movement and music as a way to express creativity, release emotions, and cultivate self-awareness. Today, she guides participants through Ecstatic Dance experiences that invite authentic movement, self-exploration, and presence.
Ecstatic Dance is a free-form movement practice with no choreography, no rules, and no judgment. It is an opportunity to listen to your body, let go of tension, and allow movement to become a tool for self-expression, relaxation, and inner balance.
The practice is open to everyone – from experienced dancers looking to rediscover the joy of movement to those who believe they “can’t dance” but are curious to try something new. What matters most is not how you look, but how you feel. Through movement, you can reconnect with yourself, release stress, and experience a greater sense of freedom.
Sessions will take place on October 16-17 (Friday and Saturday) on the balcony of Hall 3 at LITEXPO. We warmly invite you to join us!
