Experiential Art Therapy Session with Vaida Adomaitienė

Gestalt psychotherapy practitioner, art therapist (Master of Medicine), art therapy supervisor, and lecturer at Vilnius University. Her professional experience includes working in psychiatry with people facing a wide range of mental health challenges, as well as supporting individuals in addressing everyday life issues such as relationships, self-esteem, meaning in life, and self-realization.

In her work, she is guided by respect for the person, professional ethics, and the creation of a safe therapeutic space. She works flexibly, creatively, and individually, helping people better understand themselves, process emotions, and develop a more authentic relationship with themselves. She is an LGBTQ+ friendly professional, open to diversity and each person’s uniqueness.

At the Health Exhibition, Vaida invites you to an experiential art therapy session – a safe space to pause, turn inward, and explore your inner experience through a creative process. The focus is not on artistic outcome or drawing skills, but on the opportunity to better understand your emotions and what is happening in the present moment through colors, forms, and images. The session is open to everyone – no prior preparation or artistic skills are required.

The sessions will take place on Friday and Saturday (October 16–17) at the LITEXPO Conference Centre. We warmly invite you to join.
