The Art of Touch – Workshop with Natalja Sorokina (Thalia Hel) from Latvia
A human being is a certain interaction between body and mind. From birth, we communicate with the world through touch. Through it, we transmit a wide range of emotions and feelings—care, love, support, aggression, hatred, indifference. The better we know our own bodies, the more pleasure we can discover within them and share with our partner. One of the best ways to get to know your body’s reactions is through conscious touch.
In this workshop, we will explore touch as a tool for self-discovery, self-regulation, and building connection and intimacy with a partner.
During the workshop, we will discuss:
- Various types of touch;
- How to initiate contact;
- How to learn to feel consent within your own body;
- How to use touch to improve the quality of life and relationships.
This is a practical workshop where participants will experiment with different types of touch and explore sensations using sensory tools such as wheels, feathers, fabrics, chains, candles, and more.
You can come alone and practice on yourself, attend with a partner, or with a group of friends.
On Friday, November 22nd at 9:00 PM, the workshop will be held in the workshop space (Hall 4) and led by Natalja Sorokina (Thalia Hel)—a sexologist, kink trainer, sexual education specialist, event organizer, creator of safe spaces, and holistic BDSM practitioner from Riga, Latvia.
You will also have the opportunity to interact with Natalja Sorokina (Thalia Hel) at her stand in Hall 3 (3.15).
