Plant-Based Ingredients for Food Manufacturers and Business Customers
We will showcase a range of dried and powdered berry, vegetable, seed, herb and other plant-based ingredients. These ingredients can be used in the development of food products, beverages, functional blends and other innovative products.
We will also present plant-based ingredients fermented at our own production facility, including fermented beetroot, carrot and sea buckthorn powders.
For business visitors, we will introduce opportunities to purchase ingredients in larger quantities, develop customised recipes, carry out product development and manufacture products under the customer’s own brand.
FLOW – Functional Plant-Based Blends
Visitors will have the opportunity to discover the new Urbanfood FLOW range – plant-based blends designed for everyday use and developed to meet different nutritional and lifestyle needs.
The blends combine real plant-based ingredients, including berries, vegetables, seeds, sources of fibre, herbs, mushrooms and plant powders fermented at our own production facility. The products contain no extracts, artificial additives, preservatives or added sugar.
At the Urbanfood stand, high-quality plant-based ingredients, science and modern food production come together. At the exhibition, the company will showcase berry, vegetable, seed and herb powders produced in Lithuania, fermented plant-based ingredients and the new FLOW functional blend range.
Visitors will be able to explore the product compositions, taste selected blends and learn how plant-based raw materials are transformed into products designed for everyday use. Business customers will also be introduced to our ingredient supply, customised recipe development and private label manufacturing solutions.
During the exhibition, visitors will be invited to:
