ArtVilnius’26

The 17th International Contemporary Art Fair, ArtVilnius’26, will take place from October 1 to 4, 2026, at the Lithuanian Exhibition and Congress Center, Litexpo. ArtVilnius is the largest contemporary art fair in the Baltic States and a leading regional platform that connects the contemporary art scenes of Central, Eastern, and Northern Europe.

Since its inception, ArtVilnius has contributed to the strengthening of the region’s art infrastructure by promoting professional exchanges among galleries, artists, curators, institutions, and collectors. The fair is an important part of the art market and a significant platform for cultural dialogue, curatorship, and artists’ careers, showcasing both emerging and established creators.

The 2026 fair will focus on Vilnius, Vienna, and Warsaw. The fair will highlight the contemporary art scenes in these capitals, the dialogue between the cities, their shared historical experiences, and current art trends. This will bring the regional context to the forefront of the broader map of contemporary art in Europe.

Besides the main galleries programme, ArtVilnius’26 will also feature the Project Zone curated by Neringa Bumblienė and an annual international exhibition of sculptures, installations, and performances, called The Path.

A significant aspect of the fair is the VIP program for collectors. Lithuanian art institutions help implement this program.
