Atsakinga tėvystė 2026 (National Parenthood Conference) is the largest parenting conference in Lithuania, bringing parents together for the sixth time in Vilnius, at LITEXPO.

It’s a day dedicated to knowledge, growth and community – for yourself and for your children. Psychologists, therapists, educators and other experts in their fields will share years of experience and practical insights, and help you find answers to the questions parents face every day.

A whole day so that the challenges of parenting don’t outweigh its joys, so that you don’t feel alone with your worries, and so that raising children becomes a little easier.

More than 18 experts across two halls will share relevant knowledge for easier parenting.

In the hall for parents of younger children, the first part of the day is dedicated to expectant parents and parents of babies – we’ll talk about birth, child development, care and the transformation into parenthood. In the second part, we’ll help parents better understand the nursery and kindergarten years – the first steps toward independence, building social bonds, learning, movement, and how to cope with young children’s big emotions.

In the hall for parents of schoolchildren and teenagers, we’ll explore more complex topics – from the challenges of pre-adolescence and adolescence to sexuality education and financial literacy, from how the teenage brain works to addiction prevention, bullying and the challenges posed by screens.

In the EXPO zone, we invite you to discover products and services that help make parenting easier, and in the Experts’ Alley you’ll be able to meet and consult in person with specialists from a range of fields – psychologists, therapists, orthopedists, speech therapists, physiotherapists and more.

The conference is designed for parents, but if you come with little ones, we’ll make sure they have a great time with our entertainers.
