CONVENE is a B2B meeting and event industry marketplace for the countries of the Baltic Sea Region. The annual two-day boutique exhibition showcases the regional industry, accelerating interest in and increasing demand for meetings, conferences and incentives hosted in the region. CONVENE also serves as an exciting platform for invaluable networking and learning opportunities.
Launched by the Vilnius Convention Bureau in 2013, the event offers a full Hosted Buyer programme that invites 165+ qualified buyers to CONVENE from across Europe and around the world. Up to 90 regional exhibitors attend the exhibition to showcase their meeting products and services to buyers. These include convention bureaus, hotels, conference centres, special venues, DMCs, PCOs, and specialist suppliers. The trade show is supported by a series of high-quality business networking events and a major Professional Academy. CONVENE also organises a number of FAM tours in Lithuania and other regional destinations looking to host international buyers that attend the event.
With a strong focus on education and knowledge, CONVENE aims to equip both buyer and supplier communities with the tools needed to facilitate more effective and valuable meetings and events.
