ES+U is the first international conference in Lithuania focusing on EU funds and investments. The main goal
is to present and analyse the new chapter of EU investment funds (2021-2027) and the possibilities it brings
for the private companies, public sector institutions and the general public. Also, how it alights with the
global trends and challenges.

The overarching theme is immunity (in a sense of resilience), or how to adapt and prosper as a business or
organisation in these challenging times.

Key topics: Cohesion policy, future challenges (including AI), business immunity, accelerating start-ups in
the Baltic region, HR challenges (ageing society, attracting talent, future-proof skills).

The conference is dedicated to: public and private sector, start-uppers. The event is open to the public.
