The largest Lithuanian job portal “CVbankas.lt” presents the annual one-day conference “HR Success Formula 2026”, which will bring together employers and professionals interested in human resources on February 4 at the exhibition and congress center “Litexpo”.
This year’s conference will feature presentations full of the latest insights, which will examine topics such as artificial intelligence, salary and labor law, recruitment process procedures, and psychological burnout. The annual “CVbankas.lt” labor market leaders awards will also be held during the event.
“This year’s conference will be the largest to date, so we are moving to a large space to accommodate everyone who wants to attend.
