RESTA is the largest international construction exhibition in the Baltic States aimed at construction industry professionals and end-users interested in construction and renovation. Every year, RESTA introduces digital solutions and innovations, latest building materials and equipment, as well as landscaping trends.
RESTA turns 25!
The first RESTA was held back in 1994. Today, RESTA is one of the most successful and oldest events organized by the Lithuanian Exhibition and Congress Centre LITEXPO. Recently, there have been over 500 companies from Lithuania and many European states taking part in the Exhibition every year.
RESTA meets the highest quality requirements for international exhibitions, thus it is the only specialized exhibition in the Baltic States that has won recognition of the Global Association of the Exhibition Industry (UFI).
500 exhibitors from Lithuania and 18 foreign countries will take part in the exhibition.
FOCUS OF “RESTA 2018” – UNIVERSAL DESIGN PRINCIPLES IN CONSTRUCTION
This year’s Exhibition is centred on construction based on universal design principles, when buildings and environments are designed so that everyone would feel comfortable living, working, relaxing in them, as well as using them.
The Universal Design (UD) principles in construction theme covers all areas of construction and the related fields and is clearly in line with the society’s need to live, work, relax comfortably, and use things in an easy, simple, and intuitive way.
RESTA 2018 invites exhibitors to introduce their universal solutions, products, services, and ideas – construction and its products, architecture, engineering and communication infrastructure, universal environmental elements and services.
The Exhibition will feature an International UD Principles in Construction conference for the first time.
The UD principles in construction theme is closely related to the digital construction theme that the Exhibition has been focusing upon recently. Digital construction has already established its presence in Lithuania, offering a cutting-edge tool indispensable for designing modern, universal buildings, infrastructure, environment that satisfies the public’s needs.
For the third time, there will be a special hall dedicated to the digital construction theme at the Exhibition.
