STAY HEALTHY VILNIUS 2026

Stay Healthy – a two-day event aimed at educating the public about health and healthy living. The focus is placed on both physical and emotional well-being and the connections between them. This event invites visitors to look at health holistically – as a whole, where the body hears the mind and emotional state directly affects our physical well-being.

It is an experiential event where visitors not only explore the exhibition but also participate in workouts and sports activities in the movement zone, attend sessions in the harmony zone that strengthen emotional health, undergo free health checks at the stands of clinics and treatment institutions, and consult with specialists from specific fields.

At the event, visitors can listen to presentations and discussions with real professionals, gain inspiration from sports and wellness enthusiasts, and discover healthy lifestyle habits that suit them.
