Transport Innovation Forum 2026

This year’s Forum theme, “Adapt to the Never Normal,” reflects the reality facing today’s transport and logistics sector: constant change driven by geopolitical uncertainty, economic volatility, rising operational costs, the transition to alternative energy sources, and rapid digital transformation.

The 8th International Transport Innovation Forum will bring together industry leaders, policymakers, innovators, and representatives of international organizations to explore the sector’s transformation, discuss emerging challenges, and examine how adaptability is becoming a key strategic advantage in an increasingly unpredictable world.

As every year, more than 800 participants from over 20 countries will gather in Vilnius to exchange insights, build partnerships, and identify solutions that strengthen resilience and accelerate innovation across the transport and logistics ecosystem.
