UAB Lithuanian Exhibition and Congress Center “Litexpo” (hereinafter – LITEXPO) – operating since the 1960s, the it is currently not only the largest, but also the most modern exhibition and conference center in the Baltic States, since 2006. a member of the global exhibition business association UFI, and since 2019 Member of the International Conference and Congress Association (ICCA).

LITEXPO’s shareholding consists of 4,259,341 shares. The nominal value of one share is EUR 2.90. LITEXPO shares are managed by: 4 217 866 units. (99.03 percent, worth EUR 12,231,811.40) Ministry of Economy and Innovation of the Republic of Lithuania (access on the Internet http://eimin.lrv.lt), the remaining 41,475 units. (0,97 percent, worth EUR 120,277.50) shares are owned by 37 natural persons.
