UAB Lithuanian Exhibition and Congress Centre “Litexpo” (hereinafter referred to as LITEXPO or the Company), operating since 1960, is currently the leading and largest exhibition and conference centre in the Baltic States, hosting exhibitions, conferences, events of national importance, and other large-scale events, as well as attracting international events to the Baltic region. The Company’s core activities include the organization of exhibitions and large-scale events, the rental of premises and equipment for events, and the comprehensive servicing of events.

LITEXPO’s shareholding consists of 4,259,341 shares. The nominal value of one share is EUR 2.90. LITEXPO shares are managed by: 4 217 866 units. (99.03 percent, worth EUR 12,231,811.40) Ministry of Economy and Innovation of the Republic of Lithuania (access on the Internet http://eimin.lrv.lt), the remaining 41,475 units. (0,97 percent, worth EUR 120,277.50) shares are owned by 37 natural persons.
