Our flagship product is our 100% Pure Pistachio Paste, made from carefully selected pistachios and produced without added sugar, oils, salt, artificial colourings, flavourings, preservatives, emulsifiers or other additives. Quick and practical to use, it is ideal for creating artisan gelato, custard creams, desserts, fillings, glazes and savoury dishes, offering a smooth texture, intense flavour and authentic Sicilian quality.
