PROPERTY RENTAL AND SALE PROCEDURE
When selling or leasing movable and immovable property, LITEXPO follows its Asset Lease and Sale Procedure. This document defines the rules and conditions for the lease and sale of property owned by LITEXPO, including buildings, premises, engineering structures (as defined by the Law on Construction of the Republic of Lithuania), as well as long-term and short-term tangible assets.
