Sustainability is an integral part of LITEXPO’s operations, embedded in everyday decisions and long-term strategic goals. Guided by the principles of the United Nations Global Compact, the company is committed to respecting human rights, ensuring fair working conditions, reducing environmental impact, and operating transparently and ethically. These principles form the foundation and direction of our decisions, enabling us to create sustainable value for both the organization and society.

The LITEXPO Sustainability Report is published together with the Company’s Management Report and financial statements. The Sustainability Report is prepared in accordance with the European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS), the provisions of the Law on the Accountability of Companies and Groups of Companies of the Republic of Lithuania, the recommendations of the Governance Coordination Centre, and good sustainability reporting practices. The report discloses the Company’s key performance results in the areas of environmental protection, social responsibility, and governance (Environmental, Social, Governance, ESG).
