Implementation of International Sanctions

The Procedure for the Implementation of International Sanctions of UAB Lithuanian Exhibition and Congress Centre LITEXPO (hereinafter referred to as the Procedure) is intended to establish a unified sanctions implementation model at UAB Lithuanian Exhibition and Congress Centre LITEXPO (hereinafter referred to as LITEXPO or the Company). The Procedure aims to ensure the protection of the national security and foreign policy interests of the Republic of Lithuania, the implementation of the international obligations of the Republic of Lithuania, and the common foreign and security policy of the European Union. It also contributes to maintaining peace, stability and the rule of law worldwide, as well as to the international community’s efforts to combat international terrorism, human rights violations, and territorial, ethnic and religious conflicts in other countries.

Asset Lease and Sale Procedure

In carrying out the sale or lease of movable and immovable assets, LITEXPO follows the Asset Lease and Sale Procedure. This document establishes the rules and conditions for the lease and sale of immovable property owned by LITEXPO, including buildings, premises and engineering structures (as defined in the Law on Construction of the Republic of Lithuania), as well as long-term and/or short-term tangible assets.

Sponsorship Policy

LITEXPO’s sponsorship policy is based on the objectives and values set out in the Company’s four-year operational strategy, as well as the principle that any support provided must be transparent and must not raise doubts in society regarding its purpose, allocation or the transparency of the process.

LITEXPO is a state-owned company, and one of its key obligations is to pay dividends to its shareholder, who allocates them to essential public needs through the national budget. Therefore, in order to achieve the objectives set out in LITEXPO’s strategy, the Company provides sponsorship only with the approval of the Board and only for areas defined in advance.

LITEXPO ensures the safety of its employees through the Violence and Harassment Prevention Policy, approved by Order No. 1-20 of the Company’s Director on 31 October 2022.
