In 2026–2028, LITEXPO will focus on three key strategic directions:
I. Increasing Company Value. Under this strategic direction, LITEXPO aims to achieve the financial performance indicators approved by the Government of the Republic of Lithuania, ensure return on investment for the shareholder, and implement investments that enhance the adaptability of LITEXPO’s venues for event development and expansion.
II. Development of Business Tourism. During the strategic period, LITEXPO will seek to contribute to the growth of business tourism in Lithuania by promoting the organization of high-quality international events and increasing the attractiveness of exhibitions. The Company will develop long-term partnerships in foreign markets with both business participants and sectoral organizations, while strengthening Lithuania’s image as a reliable destination for international events.
III. Improving the Quality of Services and Products through Innovative Solutions. In 2026–2028, the Company will aim to enhance the quality of its services, modernize customer service processes by implementing digital solutions that optimize time and increase operational efficiency, and further improve the overall client experience at LITEXPO.
